    Hi Robin and Robert

    My mom, husband, kids and I would like to say thank you for all you did to help us with out latest cruise. The cruise to Alaska was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!! I don't know how you arranged to have the great weather, but thank you! I also want to thank you for your generosity in sending the chocolate covered strawberries - Yum! What a wonderful way to begin our trip.

  • Princess does it Again!

    Robin- I want to let you know that we just returned from our cruise. We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, no problems at all. Even the weather was perfect every day. We love Princess cruise lines because they do a wonderful job.We also want to thank you for the gifts we received on board, the $100 onboard credit, the wine and the tray of canapes.
    We'll let you know if we are planning another major trip.

    Dear Cruise Experts- just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our cruise on the beautiful Mariner of the Seas! We felt like we were not on a cruise but a 5 star resort. The 3 story dining room was awesome; the service was the greatest we have ever experienced, everyone was so happy! The food was good and now we are so spoiled since we had a balcony. We loved the shows and the ice skating show was amazing; can't believe that was on a ship. We will call when we are ready to go again in December. Thank you again~

    Hi Robin
    We just wanted to take a minute and say thank you. Mike and I had a wonderful time. The hotel in Miami was beautiful. The ship was great... Sooo much to do. We tried it all. We loved the big ship. Our table arrangements were perfect. The people were wonderful.
    American Airlines lost a piece of our luggage which they delivered to the hotel around 1:00am so we were VERY thankful for the extra day or we would have had to leave without it. With that aside, the trip was perfect and so was the weather. We would definitely sail with Royal Caribbean again.
    Thanks again for planning a wonderful trip for us. Hopefully we will be speaking again soon. :0)

    Robin, Thank you and your staff for helping me organize my wife's 40th Birthday surprise cruise. Your agency booked our family/friends 13 cabins with outstanding attention to detail and were very accomodating down to last detail. Even with last minute changes- your agency went above and beyond to make adjustments for us. We experienced a cruise of a lifetime and will never forget your personal attention to our needs.     What a smart choice for us to call the Cruise Experts! We have been cruising for over 20 years and have used several agencies in the past that did a satisfactory job. We didn't know what we were missing until now.....The staff at the Cruise Experts are the best. You are really treated like royalty and everyone is very knowledgable and helpful.
